OxDARE (Oxford Dementia and Ageing Research)

Oxford Dementia and Ageing Research (OxDARE) was set up by the Oxford Biomedical Research Centre to co-ordinate Oxford’s response to the Prime Minister’s Challenge on Dementia. On these pages you will find links to Oxford’s extensive and diverse biomedical science community who contribute to efforts to understand the causes and develop new diagnostics and treatments for people affected by diseases and disorders that threaten cognitive health in old age. As well as supporting core research programmes, OxDARE’s mission is to create and maintain a collaborative network to aid communication between scientists and clinicians, and also to engage with the general public through educational events and research activities.
