We have been monitoring the coronavirus/COVID-19 situation and UK Government and Public Health England guidance closely.
We are very mindful of our responsibility to support efforts to delay the spread of the virus across the UK and avoid putting anyone at risk by attending a large public event. The safety and wellbeing of our attendees, participants and staff is our number one priority.
Therefore, after careful consideration, it is with deep regret that we have decided to cancel the 2020 Alzheimer's Research UK Thames Valley Dementia Open Morning that was due to take place on Saturday 14 March 2020.
We apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment the cancellation of this year's Dementia Open Morning may cause. We hope to be able to reschedule the event later in the year, and will be in touch with plans as they are confirmed.
